During the Sochi 2014 opening ceremony, ticket holders will be shown exclusive parts of the Sochi 2014 Olympic opening ceremony which will not be broadcast on television. The show starts at 7pm at the Fisht Olympic Stadium in Sochi and will be hosted by popular Russian TV celecrities, Ivan Urgant and Yana Churikova. A number of Russian popular singers will also be taking part in the ceremony.
Organizers are advising audiences to take their seats in the stands in advance of the show. Stadium doors will open from 5 pm – the Olympic Park will be open from 4 pm.

Entry into the Olympic Park will be available through the main entrance located at the “Olympic Park” train station. Spectators should take into account it will take approximately 40 minutes to walk from the entrance of the Olympic Park to the Fisht stadium.
The Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee have recommended guests arrive at the Olympic Park well in advance, giving plenty of time to take memorable photos, see the most beautiful sports facilities and enjoy the real atmosphere of the Olympic Winter Games. Audiences will also be able to visit the welcoming homes of different countries and the pavilions of the Games’ Partners.
